1.4.2. minors between the ages of fourteen and eighteen only with the consent of their parents, adoptive parents or guardians, except in cases where one's earnings or stipend are independently disposed of;

2. Collection, processing, storage of personal data
2.1. ISTORE respects every Buyer's right to privacy. ISTORE processes personal data in order to administer a smooth purchase process in the electronic store, provide relevant information more conveniently, and improve the website and its content. Personal data belonging to the following categories is collected:
2.1.1. Buyer's personal data: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other e-mail address. information specified in the store's registration form, personal code and personal identity document data (if a leasing contract is to be concluded), date of birth (if purchase insurance or warranty extension service is provided). These personal data are collected and processed in order to:
2.1.1.1. process the Buyer's orders for goods;
2.1.1.2. issue financial documents;
2.1.1.3. solve problems related to the presentation or delivery of goods;
2.1.1.4. fulfill other contractual obligations.
2.1.2. Data related to the provision of goods and/or services, such as invoicing, payment details, information on consent and non-consent to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, contact details and related records.
2.1.3. Data that is generated using communication tools, such as the IP address used by the Internet user, browsing time, etc.
2.1.4. Other data about the use of services, such as data collected using cookies and similar technologies related to Internet browsing, etc.
2.1.5. Other data that is collected based on your consent and which is defined in detail at the time when your consent is requested.
2.2. Registration e-mail During the visit to the store, the Buyer must provide complete and correct personal data.
2.3. When processing and storing the Buyer's personal data, ISTORE implements organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or illegal destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as against any other illegal processing.
2.4. ISTORE may use data not directly related to the Buyer's person for statistical purposes, i.e. data about purchased goods. Such statistical data will be collected and processed in such a way as to prevent the disclosure of the Buyer's personal identity or other personally identifiable data.
2.5. The Buyer's personal data is stored for at least 2 years after the Buyer's last connection to the system. At the end of the data storage period, the Buyer's personal data is destroyed or anonymized.
3. Transfer of personal data to third parties
3.1. ISTORE reserves the right to transfer information to third parties:
3.1.1. only 1.3.3.4 of this document. to implement the purposes mentioned in point;
3.1.2. only in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Rights of the subject of personal data
4.1. The subject of personal data has the right to receive information about personal data, where and how personal data is collected and how it is processed.
4.2. The buyer has the right to change and/or update the information provided in the registration form.
4.3. The subject of personal data has the right to apply for the correction of his personal data, to stop processing them, to destroy them, if the data is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, or if it is no longer necessary, taking into account the purposes for which it was collected. In this case, you need to submit a request, which ISTORE will check and take the necessary actions upon receipt.
4.4. The subject of personal data has the right to apply to ISTORE with a request to destroy personal data or stop processing it, except for a request to no longer store personal data. Such data are no longer stored only if, upon familiarization with your personal data, it is determined that the personal data is being processed illegally or dishonestly.
4.5 The subject of personal data has the right to object to the processing of his personal data when these data are processed or are intended to be processed for direct marketing purposes or for the legitimate interest pursued by ISTORE.LT or a third party to whom personal data is provided.
4.6. The subject of personal data has the right at any time to withdraw the given consent to process data for direct marketing purposes.
4.7. The subject of personal data has the right to the right to data portability and the right to demand the deletion of data ("right to be forgotten") or to request the restriction of their processing.
5. Transfer of information or claims
5.1. As a buyer who has allowed the processing of his personal data, you have the right to demand the change of personal data or the suspension of their processing, except for storage when the data is processed in violation of the law.
5.2. ISTORE, upon receiving the Buyer's request for personal data processing, will provide the Buyer with an answer no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of the Buyer's request. Only those requests regarding the processing of personal data that are submitted in writing (by e-mail info@istore.lt or by mail Smolensko str. 10D - 38, 03201 Vilnius).
6. Changing the rules
6.1. ISTORE has the right to partially or completely change the Rules by notifying about it by e-mail. in the store, and to the specified e-mail by post
6.2. Additions or changes to the rules take effect from the day they are published, i.e. from the day they are available via e-mail. in the store system.
6.3. If the Buyer does not agree with the new version of the Rules, the Buyer has the right to refuse it in writing (by e-mail info@istore.lt or by mail at Smolensko str. 10D - 38, 03201 Vilnius) with the condition that the Buyer loses the right to use e-mail store services.
6.4. If after the addition or change of the Rules, the Buyer continues to use e-mail. services provided by the store, it is considered that the Buyer agrees with the new version.
