Product delivery is free of charge throughout Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, if the purchase amount is equal to or greater than 300 Euros.
For purchases under 300 Euros, the delivery fee is:
- 5 Euros when choosing the delivery method with DPD parcel service "Pickup at Pickup Point" or "Delivery by courier to the specified address".
Vilnius, Lithuania:
Delivery 12-17 hour, if ordered until 12 hour.
Delivery 18-22 hour, if ordered until 15 hour.

Items in stock are usually delivered within 1-2 business days (unless otherwise specified) to all cities in Latvia - to your home, office, or other designated location. Items with specified estimated arrival times are delivered within 1-2 business days once they are in stock. Before delivering the products, we will agree with you on a suitable delivery time. We can deliver items to other European Union countries for an additional fee.
Attention: only the person who placed the order or the person specified in the order or order notes can pick up items from the courier. When picking up items, it is necessary to present an identity document (passport, ID card, or driver's license) for verification.

When receiving a product from the courier, please check the package for any damages (wet, torn, tampered with, or otherwise externally damaged). If the package is damaged, the recipient must note it on the receipt - handover document. Signing this document without remarks implies that the shipment was delivered undamaged. Product pickup

Ordered products can be picked up free of charge at the pickup point located at Smolensko g. 10D - 38, Vilnius, Lithuania. We will inform you about the possible pickup time via the phone number provided in the order. If you fail to notify us and do not pick up the item at the agreed time, it will be held at the pickup location for 3 business days, after which the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Items marked with this label will be ready for pickup on the same business day within 1-2 hours if the order is placed before 4:00 PM.Please come to pick up your ordered items only after receiving notification that your order is ready for pickup.

When paying via regular bank transfer, the payment is made based on the provided details (amount, bank account number, bank name, bank code, and all other necessary payment information). Payment details are provided when placing the order, and the order is confirmed via email. Once we receive your payment, the order processing will begin, and the products will be dispatched to your specified location.

To make a payment through your bank, choose the "payment method of electronic banking" when placing the order. After confirming the order, you will be redirected to the Paysera system, where you can select your preferred bank. Once you choose the bank, log in to it in the usual way. The system will generate your payment for the products. After making the payment, the electronic banking system will close, and you will return to iStore.lt.

How to Use the GIFT CERTIFICATE?
At the iStore.lt store, select the products you want, add them to the shopping cart, and on the shopping cart page, you will find a field labeled "discount code" where you can enter the Gift Certificate number. You will be given a discount equivalent to the value of the Gift Certificate.

Important to know:
- The Gift Certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- The exact validity period of the Gift Certificate is specified on the certificate.
- The Gift Certificate is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The Gift Certificate is valid for all products available at iStore.lt.
- When purchasing the Gift Certificate, no invoice is issued; a Gift Certificate transfer act is provided upon the buyer's request.
- If the order for which the Gift Certificate is used exceeds the value of the Gift Certificate, the remaining amount can be paid using one of the payment methods offered by iStore.lt.
- The Gift Certificate code can only be applied to one order. If the order for which the Gift Certificate is used is lower than the value of the Gift Certificate, the remaining difference is not refunded.
- If the Gift Certificate is not used during its validity period, it is considered that the service has been provided, and the money for the unused Gift Certificate is not refunded.

Warranty. The exact warranty period for each product is indicated in the detailed description of each product. Apple products are generally covered by a 12-month international manufacturer's warranty, calculated from the date of purchase, and applicable to both individuals and legal entities. The EU-regulated mandatory minimum 24-month warranty period applies only to Apple products purchased by individuals (if the country of purchase is Lithuania). For more information about the warranty terms and conditions for Apple products, you can find it here: Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian. Please note that all device batteries are covered by a 12-month warranty, regardless of the device's warranty period. Warranty obligations apply only when the fault is not caused by the user.
The fulfillment of warranty obligations should be addressed directly to Apple service centers.
Return or Exchange of Defective Products. Retail Rules state that products of inadequate quality are exchanged for appropriate quality products, and products are returned according to the cases and conditions specified in Articles 6.363 and 6.364 of the Civil Code. If you believe that the product is of inadequate quality, deliver the product to an authorized Apple service center indicated in the purchase document. If the authorized service confirms that the product is of inadequate quality due to manufacturer's fault, i.e., defects not caused by the buyer's misuse, damages, non-replaced parts, matching serial numbers of purchased and returned products, etc., we undertake to replace the product with an appropriate quality product or refund the money paid for the product.
Return of Quality Products. Retail Rules state that quality products are exchanged or returned according to the cases and conditions specified in Article 6.362 of the Civil Code, as well as in accordance with Article 6.228-10 of the Civil Code on the right of consumers to withdraw from distance contracts and contracts not concluded in business premises.
You can return a quality product within 14 calendar days from the day of product delivery if:- - The product is in proper, original packaging.
- - The visual appearance of the product packaging has not changed significantly (unopened labels, undamaged protective films, etc., which do not need to be removed to inspect the product).
- - The product has not been used and (or) damaged. Electronic equipment is considered used if it has been turned on, activated, and registered in the manufacturer's system, where the warranty period starts counting, and other provided services are activated.
- - The product is complete with all the documentation provided by the manufacturer.
- - You have the purchase document of the product.
Return procedure for goods:
1. To return the goods, please fill out this form and send it to us by email at info@istore.lt - Goods return form (in .doc format).
2. After receiving the goods return form, we will contact you regarding the return process:
2.1. In the case of returning high-quality goods, you will need to return the items at your own expense to the following address: UAB "Globus sitis", Smolensko g. 10D-38, 03201 Vilnius, Lithuania, tel. +370 674 87407. Transportation costs are not refundable. The returned goods must be fully assembled and properly packaged. If these conditions are not met, the goods will not be accepted for return.
2.2. In the case of returning defective goods, we will arrange a courier at your convenience.
3. Prepare the goods for return:
3.1. Remove all personal information and sign out of the device from the Apple account (preparation for returning a MacBook computer, preparation for returning an iPhone or iPad, preparation for returning an Apple Watch).
3.2. Pack the goods in the original packaging, add all the original accessories, labels, and documentation. Additionally, securely pack the goods in a cardboard box with padding (do not use plastic bags).
4. Once we receive the goods and confirm that the conditions for return are met, we will replace the goods with another item or refund the paid amount within 7 working days. AUTHORIZED APPLE SERVICE
Product Repair
- Product warranty is calculated from the date of purchase. The term is indicated in the purchase document, i.e., the invoice. If you do not have the purchase document, the manufacturer's provided warranty applies. You can check Apple device warranty based on the serial number https://checkcoverage.apple.com/
Preparation and Delivery of Products for Repair
1. Before submitting any device for technical inspection, the customer is responsible for creating a backup of the data. UAB "Globus sitis" is not responsible for any data on the device. We recommend making a backup of important data before delivering the device for repair.
2. Before submitting to the service: turn off Find my iPhone (FMI) feature for Apple iPhone and iPad devices, unpair Apple Watch. Failure to do so will prevent the device diagnostics and further service.
3. You can deliver the warranty product to authorized service centers.
There is also an option to send the product for repair by courier. If the product is sent for repair by courier, we recommend safely packaging it in a cardboard box with padding (do not use plastic bags). Products that meet all warranty service conditions are repaired free of charge.
Charges for diagnostics and courier transportation may apply in the following cases:
- damage not caused by the manufacturer and the customer declined paid repair;
- no fault found;
- damage due to disordered/non-original OS;
- the customer declined warranty service and only requires service conclusions about the device condition.
Diagnostics fee is 19 EUR with VAT. Courier transportation costs 5 EUR with VAT for one way.Product Repair Duration
Repair duration depends on whether a part needs to be ordered. In case of warranty, parts are delivered within 1-2 weeks. After receiving the part, repairs are completed within 1-3 working days. If the service has the necessary part in stock, the repair may take 1-3 working days.How to Turn Off Find my iPhone (FMI) Feature
- Sign in to your account at www.icloud.com;
- In the opened window, find the icon with the green radar "Find my iPhone" and click on it. The system will start searching for the device(s);
- If the FMI feature is turned on, the system should not find your device (iPhone, iPad);
- If FMI is turned on, the device will appear in the list. Click on the device found (iPhone, iPad), and then several options will appear;
- Select "Remove from account".

How do I know that my order is being processed?
After placing an order online, you will receive a system-generated email confirming that the order has been successfully received. We will contact you shortly by phone to arrange a convenient time for product delivery. When the product is shipped by courier, you will receive an email with the shipment number, which you can enter in the search and tracking field on the DPD courier service page: DPD Latvia, DPD Estonia, DPD Lithuania.

Is a warranty certificate included with Apple devices?
No, a warranty certificate is not included with Apple devices. The warranty period is determined based on the purchase document, i.e., the invoice.

Can I return a product if I don't like it?
